A fried of a friend has a habit of buying a new car every year. The best part, this guy is really generous and lets, no, encourages , my friend to borrow his cars. This guy traded in his FR-S a few weeks ago for a 2015 Corvette Z51. My buddy borrowed it yesterday.

Yeah, we went for a ride. Man that thing is fast.

Let’s see, my financial obligations to my kids will be over in another 15 years or so. If I start saving now.....

In about 15 years I will be out of it too with the financials on the kiddos. And then I can sell a house I own outright with my ex. Prepare for the carpocolypse of ancient weird ass cars to rise up from the dead. It is going to be glorious.

What?! Your kids aren’t working yet?!! Back in my day, you cried when you were born because you used up all your ETO. Hell I had a phone bill under my name at 6 months.

He went the other way - no, not THAT way, - from C6 to FR-S, in the previous trade. These guys run on the track pretty frequently. While his latest trade was a big step up in horsepower, it wasn’t that big of a change in handling.

There are laws against that these days.

My daughter would probably work if she could. She was making and selling custom friendship bracelets at seven years old. I told that defeated the purpose of making “friendship” bracelets. She told me that these people weren’t her friends, but they didn’t have the ability to make them on their own, so they bought them from her and gave them to their “real” friends.
